Welcome to the 1st Edition of the PAHQ Quarterly Newsletter. As some of you may know, at the end of 2015 NAHQ broke all affiliations with State organizations because of liability and insurance concerns. Effectively, PAHQ became immediately independent at the start of 2016, and the Board has been meeting regularly to revitalize and reorganize our PA State Chapter for Healthcare Quality.
