2020 Quarter 4

President’s Corner

As we close out the final quarter of 2020, I hope our members are adjusting to this “new normal” as well as one can. I know many of you attended our Q3 webinar which highlighted Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia’s Clinical Ramp Up Following COVID-19 Shutdown. I have found it inspiring to hear success stories from around the country as leaders have pivoted – successfully bringing patients back to the hospital while maintaining a focus on continuous quality improvement. Personally, I have also taken advantage of NAHQ’s complementary Healthcare Quality Week which covered topics particularly important in our new landscape including telehealth and “connecting with anyone anywhere.”

As we move into 2021 and shift to a new membership platform which includes our quarterly webinars in our membership fee, we would like to hear from all of you regarding which topics to include in our webinar series. Please take a few minutes to fill out the survey so we can make sure our programming in 2021 meets your expectations. I hope you all have a safe and healthy holiday season and look forward to connecting with you in 2021.
