Description: This session will cover the framework of identifying the impact of Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) on healthcare quality and broadly on health status, with specific reference to maternal morbidity and mortality. In addition, issues of quality of care and health equity in maternal and infant care services will be addressed, especially the role of standardized data to identify improvement opportunities and the important role of shared best practices and coaching to effect Quality Improvement.
