Christina G. Hall is a Career and Executive Leadership Coach and founder of CGH Careers, LCC. She is currently a Improvement Manager at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) in the Center for Healthcare Quality & Analytics (CHQA). She has worked at CHOP since 2016 and worked on various QI projects including reducing harm, implementing a Care Management program and improving the patient experience. She has a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration and is Lean Six Sigma certified. Her experience includes rehab management, career development, recruiting, quality improvement, regulatory preparedness and career coaching. She is a Certified Professional Coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).


Description of Presentation:

In this 60-minute webinar, learn about Energy Leadership Coaching and the Energy Leaderhip Index in further detail. The seven distinct levels of energy leadership will be defined, which are key to understanding why individuals think and act the way they do. Examples of completed quality improvement projects with highly engaged and energetic teams from a local quaternary care, Level 1 pediatric trauma center will be shared. Strategies to create highly engaged and energtic teams will also be described for integration into attendee’s personal practice.

  2. Define Energy Levels and the Energy Leadership Index
  3. Review key successes of highly engaged and energetic quality improvement teams
  4. Identify strategies to increase energy and engagement of quality improvement teams
